Job Description

• Working Days: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
• Working Location: Woodlands Link [ Nearest: Admiralty MRT ]
• Salary: $ 2500 - $ 3500
• Industry: Food Manufacturing

This role is reporting to General Manager of International SalesJob Requirement:

• With Diploma in Business Administration or relevant discipline is preferred
• Experience in preparing data sets for management reporting and internal controls is preferred
• With relevant working experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Data Analysis Tool)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and operational in the Order to Cash (OTC) process
• Take a lead in the sales support division with assisting in quotation, sales enquiries etc within the International Business Department
• Uphold SOP processes and standard
• Provide support in export operations, processes & documentations
• Provide support the International Business Department in Admin matters and controls
