ZEN\xe2\x80\x99YU distribute its products through retail pharmacy chain stores, departmental stores, and a network of medical & sports resellers.

With its own flagship store ACTIV360 by ZEN\xe2\x80\x99YU at #02-04 Orion@Paya Lebar.and online store (www.360activ.com) and participate in marketplaces such as Redmart, LazMall, ShopeeMall, NTUC Online, Qoo10, Amazon etc.



Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for all Order Fulfilment function for all B:B business.

. Product Listing Management for all B:B and B:C businesses

\xc2\xb7 Assist E Commerce teams in Order Fulfilment for all online platforms.

\xc2\xb7 Perform stocktaking & inventory checks.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure that the MuRHO inventory system is updated accurately & promptly.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for inventory allocation across all online and offline platforms.

\xc2\xb7 Procurement support from issuance of Purchase Order to inbound receipt of stocks.

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with freight forwarders for competitive freight quotes, air or ocean LCL for all inbound or outbound stocks.

\xc2\xb7 Sales, procurement and logistics admin support.

\xc2\xb7 Consolidate all monthly sales, online and offline sales for accounting submission.

\xc2\xb7 Sales and payment reconciliation for all online and offline sales.

\xc2\xb7 Weekly sales report for all online, offline sales platforms.

\xc2\xb7 Provide additional customer service support as a team.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 ITE or Diploma in any fields

\xc2\xb7 At least 2 years of related experience

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel pivot tables.
