?Prepare and Process Quotations, Orders, Invoicing and all relevant documentation.
Handle each process in a timely and accurate manner.
Acquire product knowledge and become proficient in preparing Quotation, and provide flexible solutions based on customer's requirements.
Communicate with Japan office (Shipping dept, Sales team, technical dept) often by English(Simple communication).
?Send Product information/announcement e-mail to clients by cooperating with Outside Sales
?Take initiative in improving work process as inside sales.
Requirements :
Business level English
At least 3 years of working experience as Sales coordinator job.
At least 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
* Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
