Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Representing the company’s best in class IT solutions to meet client’s needs
- Replying Clients Queries and Feedbacks
- Handle IT Quotations and IT Sales Enquiries
- Actively follow up with clients on the quoted services and items
- Ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills
- Basic IT knowledge on IT setup and products
- IT Sales experience will have added advantage
