Job Description
:Responsibilities
- Coordinating sales team by managing schedules, quotations & filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related samples, equipment or material.
- Follow up with existing customers and quotations to close deal.
- Responding to feedbacks from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Assist in examine & organizing stock to ensure quality & quantity is in order before delivery.
- Strong ability to work under pressure with right mind set.
- Detail oriented and possess strong organizational skill.
- Analytical problem-solvers who can work independently and able meet tight deadlines.
- Multitask and provide excellent customer service.\xef\xbb\xbf
- High level of positive energy, out-spoken & flexibility to adapt to fast-pace environment.
