Sales Coordinator

5 days 8:30am-5:30pm
Salary: $2,750 - $3,350 + $250 fixed transport allowance
Office: Paya Lebar
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team.
- Must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
- Manage internal customers for order management and attend to their inquiries.
- Processing customers\' purchase orders, expediting delivery schedules and ensure orders are scheduled and ship out on time.
- To coordinate with shipping team on import and export shipment matters.
- Preparing weekly and monthly Sales Forecast report.
- Ensure and provide a high level of customer service.
- Prioritize e-mails for assigned Sales Manager(s) such as quotations, extracting of reports, sales figure updates and any additional requests.
- To undertake related duties as and when necessary.
- Coordinates with Sales Team, Supply chain, Marketing, Finance and Product Development.
- Min Diploma in Business or relevant major
- With 2 years\' experience as sales coordinator.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Table / VLOOKUP) for data analysis and research.
- Knowledge in SAP is required
