- Process and track customer orders from receipt to delivery * Prepare sales reports, quotations, and other sales-related documents * Coordinate with production to ensure timely delivery of orders * Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information * Maintain customer records and update the sales database
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
