Job Scope: Responsible for all administrative works Prepare PO, DO and invoice Monitor inventory control Issuing of purchase order, Track last purchase history and issue next purchase order request Monitor delivery process from supplier Check stock's availability at internal warehouse and preparing in and out of goods Liaise with shipping agency & freight forwarders To chase shipping instruction, draft BL and surrendered BL To prepare invoice after received from commercial invoice, packing list, surrendered bl from all the factories then email to customer Requirements: Relevant working experience as Sales Administrators/ Administrative Executive/ Sales Coordinator (PO, DO, invoices etc) is a must. Proficient in Microsoft, SAP (MM), CRM, Sharepoint, ERP & Oracle will be an advantage Experience in in handling shipping related documents, coordination of shipments & knowledge on shipping terms will be an advantage.
