Benefits:

• Salary: Up $3500
• Working hours: Mon to Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
• Working Location: Joo Koon (Transport provided at Seng Kang / Serangoon / Paya Lebar / Tiong Bahru / Jurong East / Boon Lay / Joo Koon / Yio Chu Kang / Admiralty / Bukit Panjang / Choa Chu Kang / Bukit Batok)

Duties:

• Provide support to sales team and dealers/importers on deliveries lead time, order status, delivery tracking etc.
• Perform Billing & Invoicing with regards to shipment
• Liaising with factories on shipment & deliveries
• Handle shipping documentation of all outgoing shipment - liaising and coordinating with warehouse and external logistical
• Prepare packing list, DO to customer and forwarder
• Prepare pick slip (scope of supply) for warehouse personal for packing
• LC submission to banks
• Do purchasing of accessories from internal and external supplier for wholesome packaging
• Any other business administrative tasks appropriate for this level.
