Job Responsibilities
Coordinate/Liaise with and advise Customer on enquiries and quotations independently and professionally.
Maintain proper filing systems for Completed Jobs and others.
Update of Daily Job Progress Table.
Coordinate/Liaise with Customer on enquiries and quotations independently.
Prepare of Quotations and Service Reports.
Coordinate/Liaise with Vendors, to issue Purchase Order.
Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc duties given from time-to-time.
Job Requirements
Good knowledge in fire-fighting systems and lifesaving appliances industry
Minimum 3 year of relevant experience is preferred.
Must be able to work during weekends/public holiday (standby mode) for customer\'s enquiries.
