Job Description

Our client, a Singapore-based engineering firm founded in 1993, provides specialized solutions for the marine, offshore, petrochemical, and construction sectors, with a strong emphasis on quality and certified standards.
Job Scope:

  • Handling customer sales orders from quotation to delivery, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with company procedures.
  • Coordinate with departments such as sales, production, logistics, and engineering to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
  • Preparing quotations and job sheets, particularly for custom projects
  • Maintain and update customer records, pricing databases, and inventory levels using ERP or internal systems.
  • Supporting the sales team administratively and collaborating with the quality team to ensure adherence to ISO standards and documentation requirements.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Min 2- 3 years of sales coordinator/admin experience
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.
Working Location: Jurong
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am-6pm
Salary: $2,500 - $3,000
