Assist sales team to meet yearly sales target, including providing simple quotations to regular customers, preparing quotations for small projects and attending to any walk-in sales at our warehouse.
Assist to ensure all outstanding payments from debtors are collected on time.
Plan the material incoming and outgoing list to ensure all stock meets their respective turnover rate.
Plan the delivery schedule of the logistics team to ensure all customers receive the correct products, in a correct quantity, on time.
Prepare Delivery Orders for each delivery. Prepare Invoices and send to Accounting Department. Collect SOA from Accounting Department, prepare progress claims and submit them to customers.
Update monthly sales summary.
Obtain quotations and prepare purchase orders to suppliers for regular purchases of stocks and supplies.
Liaise with overseas suppliers from China and other countries where required.
Assist in tender preparation and submissions.
Other admin duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications Required:
At least a Diploma in a relevant field.
Can read, write and speak both English and Mandarin fluently.
Ability to use computer and have relevant experience in accounting and/or stock software.
Past Working Experience:
At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
Preferred experience in handling logistics arrangements, overseas shipping arrangements through freight forwarders, etc.
