Our Norweigen Pump systems client is in the dental industry located in Tuas View, West region Singapore looking for the following:

Sales Co-ordinator

Opening for Singaporeans

We require this position to be filled up urgently.(Transport Pick-Up: Choa Chu Kang & Boon Lay)

Salary will be based on education, competency and experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

\xc2\xb7 Handle sales enquiries and provide quotations

\xc2\xb7 Process sales orders

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate deliveries, shipments & collections of sales orders

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with customers, suppliers & overseas offices on order requirements

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with inter-department on day-to-day operations and schedule

\xc2\xb7 Process consignment stock

\xc2\xb7 Perform daily administrative functions

REQUIREMENTS:

\xc2\xb7 Minimum GCE \'A\' Level or Diploma

\xc2\xb7 Preferably 2 years of relevant experience

\xc2\xb7 Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply

\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Internet savvy

\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently with moderate supervision

Working hours: 7.30am to 4.45pm
