Job Description

Summary:

• Up to $3500

• Location: Boon Lay

• Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

• 6 months contract convertible| Completion bonus!

- Process customers\' order according to procedures.

- Manage and ensure the proper entry and revision of sales order by affiliates.

- Handles all enquires from affiliates and customers on order and delivery status.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are delivered as per agreed schedule.

- Manage customer inventory and arrange delivery according to customer\'s requirement level.

- Update customer\'s forecast into system.

- Coordinate pre-shipment samples approval with customers and logistic department.

- Work closely with affiliates/customers and accounts department on the issuing of credit & debit note and the status of statement of accounts.

- Assist in customer orders fufilment report

- Engage in projects involving order processing management.

- Support the implemented environmental management system.
