Sales Coordinator West

Job Description
- Location: Jurong East
- Mon-Thu: 8AM - 5.30PM, Fri: 8AM - 5PM
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers and provide sales support to the sales team
- Prepare and Submit Quotations to Customers
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Liaise with logistics team to ensure customers deliveries are met
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team\'s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned (in relation to sales)
- Candidates must possess at least an \xe2\x80\x98O\' level or above or equivalent in any field
- 2 years minimum work experience is preferred
- Able to multi-task, possess good communication skills.
- Detailed and a fast learner
- Good team player
- Proficient in MS office (especially Excel)
- Able to Start Work Immediate
Working Hours 8.00am to 5.30pm Mon to Thu, 8.00am to 5.00pm (Fri)
Salary From S$2,600.00 to S$2,800.00
