• 5 days (Mon-Fri; 9am-5.30pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• \xe2\x80\x8dProcess customers\' order according to procedures.
• \xe2\x80\x8dManage and ensure the proper entry and revision of sales order by affiliates.
• \xe2\x80\x8dHandles all enquiries from affiliates and customers on order and delivery status.
• \xe2\x80\x8dCoordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are delivered as per agreed schedule.
• \xe2\x80\x8dManage customer inventory and arrange delivery according to customer\'s requirement level.
• \xe2\x80\x8dUpdate customer\'s forecast into system.
• \xe2\x80\x8dCoordinate pre-shipment samples approval with customers and logistic department.
