Job Description

Responsibilities:



Provide sales coordination work and support for Sales Manager Main liaison person between client and development team Prepare and manage purchase orders/quotations/invoices Source for materials and manpower vendors Coordinate with vendors/operations team to ensure timely delivery of the order. Provide customers service to existing and new customers Other general admin duties as assigned

Requirements:



Possess at least min. diploma in any discipline Good PC knowledge in MS office applications Knowledge of photoshop would be an advantage Good communication skills with good customer service Responsible and meticulous at work Able to multi-task & meet datelines * Able to work on weekends if required
