Job Responsibilities
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound leads follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understanding customers’ needs and requirement
- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representative is unavailable to attend to customer’s queries
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships in partnerships.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Job requirements
- Good working knowledge of industrial sales is preferred
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and mange time effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven office environment
- Telesales experience is required
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- High EQ and a strong team player
- Prior experience in customer service and sales support role will be an advantage
- Min Diploma / Nitec / Certificate in Office Skills
