Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide sales and customer services about columbarium niches, ancestor tablets and blessing lamp.
- Provide clerical and administrative support.
- Update and monitor sales records.
- Perform daily operation of sales functions and duties.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned and required.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) to handle tasks/customers in Mandarin and English.
- Familiar with data entry in Mandarin.
- Comfortable to work in Chinese Temple and Mandarin speaking environment.
- Entry level candidates are welcome.
- No experience require.
- Prior experience in sales/customer service-related field advantageous.
Additional Information:
- 5.5 days work week after completion of 3-month probation. (flexible rest days)
