About the Role
We are seeking a Sales & Project Manager with a passion for the beauty industry to lead our business development and product initiatives in the Malaysian market. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and coordinate exciting product launches and campaigns across retail and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and revenue
Lead product launches, marketing activations, and promotional campaigns
Manage and grow key partnerships with beauty retailers, salons
Oversee end-to-end project timelines, budgets, and team coordination
Monitor sales performance and market trends to inform strategy
Deliver detailed reporting to management and ensure KPIs are achieved

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or project management within the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG industry
Strong knowledge of the Malaysian and Thailand beauty market
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in sales/CRM systems and project management tools
Preferred Attributes
Existing network in Malaysia's beauty, retail, or salon industry
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative and adaptability
