Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Manage the routine daily e-commerce and sales operations
- Handles incoming sales/customer enquiries.
- Updating customers on their order status and general enquires.
- Suggest and advise best option and solutions on sales/customers enquiries.
- Generate sales quotations & process purchase orders.
- Perform inventory check, transfers and process and coordinate delivery orders.
- Filing and upkeeping of documents and administrative tasks
- Manage and maintain the e-commerce platforms to ensure that products, promotions, prices, and content on the e-commerce platform are up-to-date and accurate at all times.
- Coordination, planning support and execution for e-commerce projects, e-marketing campaigns, and integrated brand plans across multiple platforms.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned and required.
- Diploma/Degree in Business/ Sales or any related discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales & customer service.
- Experience in eCommerce shopify platform.
- A hands-on, resourceful, result-oriented, and analytical thinker.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines.
