Job Description

- Position Title: Sales Designer
- Working Location: Geylang
- Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00 am - 6.00 pm; Alt Sat, 9.00 am - 1.00 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Meet with clients at their locations to understand their needs and gather necessary information for the project.
- Prepare and present accurate and competitive quotations based on customer requirements and measurements.
- Measure spaces accurately to ensure that orders align with client specifications and project requirements.
- Engage with customers to introduce products and solutions, close sales deals, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Advise clients on product selections and solutions that meet their needs and preferences.
- Coordinate with the operations and procurement teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
- Work closely with the interior design team to provide tailored solutions to customers.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Experience in interior design is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to provide precise measurements and estimates.
- Willing and able to travel to client sites.
