Job Overview:


We are looking for a dynamic and creative Sales Designer to join our home renovation team.


The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong


ability to close sales. You will be the bridge between clients' renovation dreams and our


execution team, providing tailored solutions that meet design aspirations, functionality, and


budget.


Key Responsibilities:


Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs, style preferences,


and budget.


Develop customized interior design and renovation proposals, including layout plans, 3D


renderings, and material recommendations.


Prepare and present professional quotations, project timelines, and cost breakdowns.


Guide clients through the design and renovation process from consultation to project


handover.


Collaborate with in-house designers, project managers, and contractors to ensure accurate


execution of approved designs.


Follow up on leads, maintain client relationships, and actively drive sales targets.


Stay up-to-date with market trends, new materials, and renovation techniques.





Requirements:


Proven sales experience in interior design, home renovation, or related industry.


Strong understanding of space planning, color coordination, and materials.


Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


Customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics and detail.


Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.


Fluent in English (Mandarin or other languages is a plus).
