We're seeking a highly driven
Sales Development Representative
to focus on high-volume outreach, lead qualification and setting up quality meetings for the sales team. Perfect for fresh grads who want a fast-paced, sales-first role with clear performance rewards.Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls, messages and emails to potential prospects Qualify leads using simple criteria and identify opportunities for follow-up Schedule appointments and ensure a steady flow of quality meetings Maintain accurate outreach logs, activity trackers and CRM updates Follow up consistently to maximise conversions from initial interest to meeting set-ups
Requirements
Local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills Energetic, target-driven and resilient with outreach tasks Comfortable with high-volume communication and follow-ups No experience required; full training provided
