Qualify inbound enquiries (website, referrals, marketing campaigns).
Conduct initial discovery to understand logistics needs (order volumes, pain points, service gaps).
Professionally communicate GO-GENIE's value proposition and product capabilities to prospects.
Arrange product demos and onboarding sessions with Account Executives.
Support lead handover and follow-through to ensure smooth deal progression.
Maintain accurate pipeline records within CRM and report weekly pipeline health.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Operations teams to ensure lead quality.
Attend local industry networking events when needed.
