Your Mission as a Clientele Director


To own the group's

sales performance

across all outlets.
You'll lead by example, close high-value cases, mentor consultants, and drive aggressive revenue growth across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities



Take full ownership of

all outlet sales targets

and deliver consistent overperformance Lead and drive

daily sales operations

, from new sign-ups to package upgrades and renewals Manage and convert

high-value leads

into premium customers with confidence and professionalism Guide, motivate, and mentor

sales consultants and outlet managers

to hit team targets Build strong relationships with VIP and returning clients to

maximize lifetime value

Monitor KPIs, track conversion rates, and

tweak strategies on the fly

for faster results Collaborate with marketing and customer acquisition teams to ensure

lead-to-close success

Constantly look for new ways to

increase sales efficiency and drive higher ticket value


What We're Looking For



A proven sales closer with 3-5+ years in a leadership or high-ticket sales role Experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, luxury, wellness, or healthcare preferred Confident, results-driven, and not afraid to own big targets Skilled in team coaching and motivating others to perform Able to work with data and KPIs to drive strategy Strong communicator in English (Mandarin a plus to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients) Comfortable managing a sales floor and high-expectation environment

Work Hours:


Monday - Friday: 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM
Saturday: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Full-time, permanent position with flexibility required based on operational needs.

Candidates are expected to bring strong sales expertise and a proven track record in high-performance environments. Comprehensive product and treatment training will be provided to ensure in-depth understanding of our advanced technologies and service offerings across face, skin, body, and scalp. Competitive Base Salary:
