About the Role:The Sales Director, Asia will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales objectives in the Asian region by promoting and selling D2L products and services through channel partners or direct.The Sales Director, Asia will be responsible for shaping the work environment, setting sales strategy, hiring and allocating resources, developing managers, building the organization, and overseeing South Asia business operations. The successful candidate will need to interact and be integrated across D2L's customer segments, business groups, marketing, services, and sales teams. Key job duties will include researching the market, hiring local employees, nurturing, and developing them to align with D2L overall geographical strategy. His role shall be to provide complete and timely business results reports on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis. Will have an aptitude for learning more things given the changing nature of the role. Flexibility and willingness to keep learning and the ability to adapt with humility and resilience are a must because of the rapidly changing business environment. As Regional Sales Director of the South Asia market will have data-driven decision-making qualifications and be able to manage projects effectively while working on multifaceted projects with many different stakeholders and partners.
