Formulate strategic sales plan to drive consumer growth to achieve sales revenue and profitability.
Develop annual forecasts and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
Manage Food Service sales team and monitor performance
Collaborate with management team to develop and execute short- and long-term business objectives
Maintain good rapport and relationship with external stakeholders by monitoring and providing market insights, competitors activities and industry trends
Requirements
More than 8 years experience in Food Service/FMCG industry
Results driven with a proven track record
Positive growth mindset, a can do attitude when faced with challenges
Possess effective leadership to motivate sales team to drive revenue generation
Strategic thinking and structured approach to growth
