Our Client is looking for a Sales Director who would be responsible for leading and expanding the company's commercial footprint across the APAC Region. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and high-level client engagement to grow market share across utility, C&I, and residential solar segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive regional sales strategy and execution across APAC.
Develop and manage relationships with key clients--IPPs, developers, EPCs, and distributors.
Lead and grow a high-performing sales team, ensuring target achievement and market coverage.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations to align on go-to-market strategy.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in energy/renewables, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets across multiple APAC markets.
Strong industry network and deep understanding of the value chain (utility, C&I, residential).
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
