Job Summary:



We are seeking a strategic and results-driven

Sales Director

to lead our

SEA region

. This role is responsible for defining and executing commercial strategy, managing P&L performance, and integrating diverse business units into a cohesive, high-performing cluster. The Sales Director will report directly to the

Managing Director, Asia

and will be a key contributor to the broader Asia leadership team.


This is a high-impact leadership role, requiring strong business acumen, cross-cultural management capabilities, and experience working within both wholly owned operations and joint ventures.


Key Responsibilities:



Full P&L ownership for the SEA region,

including revenue growth, gross margin improvement, and cost management. Develop and execute a regional business strategy that supports long-term profitable growth and market expansion. Provide strong leadership across all country offices (Singapore, SEA region), aligning teams toward a unified commercial vision. Identify and drive key growth opportunities, building robust go-to-market strategies and resourcing plans to capture market share. Oversee and lead Sales & Marketing execution across the region to ensure delivery of strategic and financial targets. Standardize Customer Service processes across the different countries to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Ensure overhead costs are aligned with business needs and support lean, efficient operations. Build a high-performance culture by promoting collaboration, accountability, and trust across functions and geographies. Coach and mentor regional management teams to enhance leadership capability and support succession planning. Collaborate with the Asia leadership team to contribute to the overall regional business strategy and share best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is an advantage. Minimum

5 years of commercial leadership experience

, preferably in a

B2B industrial or manufacturing environment

,

with regional P&L ownership.

Background in sales strategy, market development, and cross-border team leadership. Experience in managing joint ventures and working within cross-functional, matrix organizations. Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency, lead change initiatives, and scale businesses across multiple markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and people leadership skills.
