What you will do:
We are seeking a Sales Director to help continue our record growth in Ad Serving, Creative Personalization (Display, Native, OLV, CTV, Audio, Social) and Verification sectors in the APAC region. This position is responsible for driving revenue through the identification and closure of new business across the APAC region, along with the wider commercial team. The role will require developing strategic solutions for advertisers, agencies, and ad tech partners to bring measurable economic value through increased ROAS, better analytics (including cookieless environments), and improved operational efficiencies.
The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and charismatic. Through a consultative approach they can diagnose client needs - through understanding of target audiences, KPIs, and operational requirements - and develop creative solutions that enhance performance and workflow for the client / agency team(s). With a relentlessly positive outlook and outstanding energy, the candidate combines that with the ability to listen to and empathize with clients to build trust.
Responsibilities will include:
Sell Innovid Enterprise Solutions
Cultivate leads for the sales pipeline
Develop strategic proposals to gain new business
Drive net new revenue
Coordinate cross-sell and up-sell strategies with existing clients and accounts
Work closely with internal client success and solutions engineering team
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to produce contracts in accordance with the scope of work and with company policy
Maintain salesforce.com reporting as directed by the sales organization
Achieve/exceed revenue goals
Participate in and attend industry events

Who you are:
Self-starter, driven, motivated, confident, agile, problem solver, consultative
In-depth knowledge of the marketing ecosystem across vendors, agencies, and advertisers, with specific knowledge of advanced digital marketing techniques - social media and CTV a plus
Track record of success with large enterprise accounts; finding, managing, and closing high-level deals
Successful history selling into brands direct and working with agency holding companies
Excellent presentation and oral/written communication skills
7+ years of sales experience, preferably in advertising technology, with executive level contacts
