Key Responsibilities

Catering Sales & Business Development



Identify, follow up, and close catering enquiries and corporate leads from multiple channels (email, WhatsApp, web chat, and walk-ins). Maintain a warm, service-oriented follow-up process to convert enquiries to confirmed orders. Proactively seek out new corporate partnerships (e.g., offices, schools, events) and nurture long-term relationships. Collaborate with kitchen and logistics teams to ensure smooth event execution and post-event feedback collection.

E-Commerce & Online Store Management



Oversee day-to-day operations of our online stores and marketplaces (e.g. website, RedMart, Shopee, FairPrice Online). Upload and update listings, images, and product details. Coordinate online promotions, festive launches, and collaborations. Monitor and report on sales performance, conversion rates, and ROI of digital marketing campaigns.

Content Creation & Live Selling



Conceptualise and create short-form videos, product demos, and livestream sessions to drive engagement and online sales. Work with in-house chefs or media partners to produce authentic and conversion-focused content. Experiment with social selling, live commerce, or influencer collaborations to boost reach and conversion.

Performance & Growth



Report weekly on lead conversions, online orders, and campaign performance. Continuously propose ideas to improve sales funnel and customer engagement. Take ownership of your sales targets and marketing results.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a self-starter who enjoys both sales and marketing. You should be comfortable with customer interaction, digital content creation, and managing e-commerce platforms. Familiarity with social media (Instagram, TikTok, Shopee Live) and e-commerce operations is a plus.




Bonus if you have prior experience in F&B, catering, or lifestyle products, and skills in Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads, or Shopify/EcwID.
