What will you do?

The Sales Effectiveness and CRM Analyst will drive process improvements within the commercial organization and expand functionality within the Salesforce.com application for the region. This position will also assist with global alignment and execution of sales effectiveness initiatives. Other activities include customer hierarchy alignment, quoting and pricing improvements, development coordination including testing and implementation within Salesforce.com, improving forecast accuracy, and providing ongoing analytical support for a variety of internal departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Support regional Salesforce.com users and drive global alignment with strategic sales force effectiveness initiatives.
  • Maintain and develop Salesforce.com business processes and provide reporting and support for the system and users as required.
  • Effective project management adhering to established timelines.
  • Support Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process and improvements to forecast accuracy.
  • Facilitate account changes according to policy and ensure that territorial alignments are accurate and aligned with commission processes.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and compile data for quarterly performance metrics.
  • Provide training on Salesforce.com improvements and extended capabilities.
  • Manage metrics and trends, implementing proactive actions to increase efficiencies and productivity

How will you get here?
  • Education:
  • BS/BA degree in an analytical or business field (operations management, engineering, sciences, finance, business) or Masters Degree in analytical field (operations management, engineering, sciences, finance, business).
  • Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience with Customer Relationship Management systems and forecasting and an understanding of how they relate to the forecasting process.
  • 5+ years of Sales Operations, Sales Analyst, or similar experience
  • Proven experience with Oracle or other ERP system.
  • Proven Microsoft Office experience in Outlook, Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Must have proven experience in customer relations and problem-solving customer issues.

  • Experience with Salesforce.com Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Experience with SIOP, demand planning, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple facilities and reporting lines.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
