Job Purpose and Impact

The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution of complex sales enablement for Southeast Asia in the food ingredients space of Cargill Food Ingredients and Bioindustrial (FIBI) Enterprise . In this role, you will lead a team to develop and deploy complex processes and change management to ensure the adoption of sales enabling tools. You will serve as a partner in developing and sustaining complex solutions that make our sales teams more effective and efficient through a mix of tools, processes and technologies. You will drive continuous improvement, sales training, sales processes, sales tools adoption and event management to enable increased internal and external engagement and effectiveness for our sales organization. Key Accountabilities

Oversee end to end processes, sales enablement platforms or future tools in the commercial environment, including effectiveness and utilization measures such as the account planning process and customer segmentation.
Work hand in hand with go-to-market team to develop programs in improving sales effectiveness.
Create a commercial coaching program for related managers to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, processes and tools required to lead their commercial teams effectively and support customer driven growth.
Develop training plans, especially during transformation time, in order to develop the required capabilities of go-to-market team.
Lead the team to implement and support process design and metrics for optimal execution and results.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Commercial experience leading sales and marketing teams
Experience overseeing the design and implementation of new processes and tools
Minimum of four years of related work experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience using content management tools
Experience with customer relationship management tools
Two years of supervisory experience PRIOR BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCES
Partner with the sales team leads to create a sales coaching program for sales managers to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, processes and tools required to lead their sales teams effectively.
Experience in sales enablement or sales operations.
Sales training strategy, adoption and sustainment experience. KEY BEHAVIORS
