Overview

We're seeking a resourceful

Sales Enablement Specialist

to empower our sales team with the right tools, content and training. If you enjoy helping teams perform at their best, this role offers a strong path into sales excellence and revenue operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and update sales playbooks, pitch decks and training materials Support onboarding of new sales hires Coordinate internal training sessions and coaching schedules Maintain an organised library of sales content and case studies Monitor sales performance metrics and identify support gaps

Requirements

Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields Strong communication and coordination skills Comfortable working with data and performance metrics Proactive learner who enjoys improving team productivity Experience with CRM or sales tools is a plus
