Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Sales Enablement Specialist located in Jurong Island, Singapore through 18 November 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (SGT).

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Provides strategic and operational support to the sales team across multiple initiatives and activities in the realms of:
Sales Operations involving sales analytics, sales processes governance, sales tool adoption,
Sales Enablement involving Seller behavior change coaching, AI-enabler
Conducts insightful analysis of customer purchasing patterns and seller's behaviors aligning to revenue generation
Collaborates closely with the Sales Team to implement strategic initiatives, communicate execution plans, and report performance progress, fostering alignment across the organization and enhancing customer engagement.
Develops and maintains effective relationships with internal stakeholders and across all organizational levels to ensure successful execution of account strategies and support business objectives.
Proactively explore opportunities to optimize and improve work processes by leveraging Gen AI and collaborating with others to enable process simplification and automation.
Required Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any fields
With 5 - 10 years of relevant experience
With Sales Support and Data Analytics experience
Knowledgeable in ERP tools SAP and CRM tools Salesforce
Good understanding of Order to Cash processes and Profit & Loss Commercial Acumen-Sales / Marketing / Supply Chain experiences will help assimilate quickly into the work culture and specialty chemical manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and project management knowledge.
With Digital Fluency such as Low Code, Power BI and Power Automate.
Ability to converse foreign languages Mandarin or Japanese or Korean will be a plus.
Relocation Options:
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
International Considerations:
Selected candidate will work in Singapore under the local payroll system and benefits.
