Assist General Manager in developing plans to meet KPI.
Set up new accounts of customers or business development.
Liaise and follow up with customers for enquires via meetings, teleconferences, emails, and customer online systems.
Follow up with customers for PO on those orders confirmed via verbal instructions or email confirmation.
Prepare BOMs, drawings, specifications, and sources for available materials or availability of instrumentations, methods, and technique
Prepare price quotation, lead-time, and mark-up accordingly to Sales policy.
Liaise and follow up with customers for enquires via meetings, teleconferences, emails, and customer online systems.
Monitor the status of the order and negotiate for the grace of delivery.
File up all quotations, contracts, invoices, customer feedback, and correspondence.
Assist to monitor cost of sales, cost of production and propose measures to maximize profit margin.
Advise customer on overdue payments.
Discuss and endorse contract review and quotation review with General Manager.
Other ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements:

Possess at least an O Level or equivalent with at least 1 year of working experience.
Able to read and understand job specifications, drawings.
