To manage the existing customer base and develop new customers.
To study and assess drawings, plans, specifications, and other documents relating to the construction project.
Liaise and meet up with customers to grow new sales and provide technical support, as and when required.
Establish and maintain strong rapport with a network of contractors/consultants/developers to promote sales
Pre-sales preparation such as preparing project budgetary prices, quotations, costings, completion of technical specifications, and delivering catalogues and engineering data to customers.
Collection and follow-up of payment
Prepare sales and delivery orders, update delivery schedule and ensure goods are delivered on schedule, as and when required.
Attend site meetings, and customer complaints and subsequently coordinate and follow up with internal departments to resolve issues.
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirement
Minimum 3 years of Sales experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems
