- Air-conditioning / Chiller / ACMV or HVAC systems
- Planning & achieving sales objectives & monthly sales target
- To manage the existing customer base and develop new customers.
- To study and assess drawings, plans, specifications, and other documents relating to the construction project.
- Liaise and meet up with customers to grow new sales and provide technical support, as and when required.
- Establish and maintain strong rapport with a network of contractors/consultants/developers to promote sales
- Pre-sales preparation such as preparing project budgetary prices, quotations, costings, completion of technical specifications, and delivering catalogues and engineering data to customers.
- Collection and follow-up of payment
- Prepare sales and delivery orders, update delivery schedule and ensure goods are delivered on schedule, as and when required.
- Attend site meetings, and customer complaints and subsequently coordinate and follow up with internal departments to resolve issues.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Minimum 3 years of Sales experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems
