Job Description


Looking for a highly motivated Direct Sales Representative for the Electronics Division in Singapore. This role focuses on delivering high-performance monitoring solutions to the Semiconductor, LED, Aerospace, and Electro-Optics markets.The client is a Global Leader for micro-contamination monitoring equipment improving the performance of clean manufactures in the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries. They are a growing technology company based in the US, with direct operations around the world including Italy, Germany, Japan, China, Korea and Singapore.The Job:

  • Expand coverage in Contamination Control across fab processes such as Litho, Etching, CVD, Mini-E tools, and critical processes in UPW.
  • Manage and harmonize pressures related to lead time, yield, and uptime within a customer base focused on these metrics.
  • Cultivate and expand our customer base, ranging from large multinational corporations to smaller privately owned enterprises.
  • Navigate complex sales environments, engaging multiple levels within client organizations.
  • Strategically plan and execute sales initiatives to consistently achieve or exceed corporate sales and revenue targets.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Foster strong, lasting relationships with key customers.
  • Maintain meticulous account records, action plans, and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Optimize time and travel schedules to ensure comprehensive sales coverage and effectiveness.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase functionality and build customer confidence.
  • Utilize and update CRM systems to manage account and opportunity data effectively.
  • Provide regular updates to management on planned activities, account trends, market conditions, and competitive insights.
  • Contribute insights and feedback on new product or service opportunities based on ongoing customer interactions.
  • Fulfill other duties related to continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) as assigned.
The Talent:
  • Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or Science.
  • Over 2 years of direct sales experience in instrumentation, specifically within the semiconductor market.
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of complex technical solutions.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (experience with Miller Heiman is advantageous).
