Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage sales pipelines for BMS control solutions and semiconductor equipment support services. Conduct sales visits, presentations, and technical discussions with clients including M&E consultants, contractors, and end-users. Provide pre-sales technical consultation and post-sales support where required. Understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions. Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and product documentation. Work closely with internal engineering teams for seamless project delivery. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify business opportunities.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field. At least 2-3 years of relevant sales or technical experience in BMS, control systems, or semiconductor support equipment (Front-end equipment) Knowledge of HVAC, cleanroom systems, PLCs, or SCADA will be advantageous. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Driven, customer-focused, and a team player. Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
