We boldly go.Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 You will promote and propose Trane Chiller & Equipment to building consultants and contractors\xc2\xb7 Responsible for developing long term customer relationships\xc2\xb7 Building close business relationship with customers especially key accounts\xc2\xb7 Maximizing account penetration and customer retention\xc2\xb7 Identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & new customers\xc2\xb7 Update forecast timely into the system\xc2\xb7 Negotiates value, addresses resistance, and close the sales. Differentiates & made Trane as preferred supplier\xc2\xb7 Any other duties as assigned from time to time\xc2\xb7 You also need to ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards.Requirement:\xc2\xb7 Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent\xc2\xb7 1-2 years in Engineering sales, experience in HVAC industry will be a plus\xc2\xb7 Customer driven with excellent communication & interpersonal skills\xc2\xb7 Candidates with the relevant education qualifications but no prior work experience is welcome to applyWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
