Responsibilities:
- Promote and propose Trane Contracting Solutions to potential customers
- Developing & building long term customer relationships
- Actively identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & new customers
- Working closely with other departments to come out with most appropriate solutions to customers
- Submitting the competitive tender within timeline
- Ability to effectively writes and presents proposals
- Negotiates value, addresses resistance and closes the sale. Differentiates & made Trane as preferred choice
- Ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards
- Any other responsibilities as deemed appropriate and relevant
- Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent
- At least 2-4 years in Engineering/ Construction sales
- Experience in HVAC industry will be an added advantage
- Customer driven mindset
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
