The client has been around for more than 40 years and is a leading and established distributor of high-quality steel products, headquartered in Singapore. At present, the company\'s operational scope extends to a sprawling 350,000 square-foot multi-story warehouse and office complex. This expansive establishment is staffed by a dedicated team of 100 adept professionals. The client specializes in the distribution of an extensive range of steel products, catering to diverse industries such as construction, manufacturing, marine, oil, and gas, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination and planning of project tasks.
• Establishing effective communication channels with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Thoroughly reviewing construction drawings to guarantee accuracy and completeness for construction and material scheduling.
• Assessing tenders, cost estimates, overseeing contract management, and providing expert guidance on contractual matters.
• Creating quotes, managing tender bidding processes, and similar tasks.
• Managing existing accounts, spearheading new business development, and actively pursuing outstanding receivables collection.
• Undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Preferably 1 to 2 years of prior experience in project coordination.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided.
• Demonstrated self-motivation and the ability to work independently, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.
