Working days: 5 days work week
Working hours: 8.15am - 5.45pm
Job Responsibilities:
Prospect, present to, follow up, and close sales with customers.
Handle in-person and phone sales enquiries.
Prepare and compare cost estimates vs. actual costs; manage job budgets and costing accuracy
.
Provide customer service; review contracts, terms, and conditions.
Drive business and new market development.
Plan and implement marketing strategies.
Conduct market research; monitor business trends and sales performance.
Set sales targets and forecast project/orders.
Prepare costing and estimates for products (e.g., switchboards).
Coordinate drawing approval, quality, engineering, delivery, and commissioning.
Issue invoices for completed orders.
Follow up on outstanding payments.
Review product capabilities to meet customer needs.
Take on additional assigned responsibilities.
Adhere to Quality Management System procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering
Candidates with less experience are welcome to apply. Training is provided.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with China customers
Possessing a Class 3 License would be advantageous
