Analyze market conditions and identify potential markets and products for effective business development.
Stay updated on the latest technologies, products, and solutions in the market by attending and participating in trade exhibitions.
Collaborate closely with the engineering team to provide appropriate solutions to customers.
Create value propositions for customers, highlighting the benefits of premium products.
Ensure timely handling of all sales leads, preparing and conveying quotations to customers promptly.
Work closely with principals on pricing and product availability to ensure timely order follow-up and delivery.
Prepare tenders of varying scales, complexities, and scopes.
Take responsibility for project costing, compiling and calculating project costs for materials, services, engineering hours, project management hours, and service man-hours.
Prepare and participate in tender clarifications and negotiations with prospects.
Submit monthly sales reports and project status reports promptly.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Job Requiremetns:
Diploma in Electrical/Electronics or Business Information Technology.
Experience in Transportation, Telecommunications, Homeland Security, or Military industries.
Strong understanding of Telecommunication systems, Security systems, IP networks, etc.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Positive attitude and good team spirit with strong negotiating abilities.
Independent, proactive, and self-driven.
Willingness to multitask, learn, and acquire new skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
