Responsibilities
Our client is a leading provider of fluid system solutions in Singapore. * Account Management & Growth: Develop and expand assigned customer accounts through a solution-selling approach, proactively identifying client needs and * recommending the most suitable technical solutions to address their challenges. * Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial discussions to post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty. * Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Refinery sectors. Drive market penetration and revenue growth. * Sales Planning & Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, develop account strategies, and monitor progress against agreed business objectives. Track key performance indicators to ensure targets are achieved. * Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the Engineering Services team to design and deliver value-added solutions tailored to customer requirements. Act as a bridge between technical teams and clients. * Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, operations, and customer service) to ensure seamless project execution and exceed customer expectations.
