Job Description

Job Summary:

• Company background: Singapore listed offshore marine
• Working location: West Singapore
• Working days & hrs: 5 days, Monday to Friday (Monday to Thursday 8AM to 6PM, Friday 8AM to 5PM)
• Salary range: up to SGD 4800 (dep on exp) + Increment + Performance Bonus (minimum averagely 2 months bonuses)
• Company transport provided at designated pick-up points.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs, price analysis, prepare technical proposals and commercial offer.
• Control all correspondences and documentation relating to projects. Prepare complete project and engineering files.
• Meet or exceed sales targets; achieve maximum sales in assigned segments and territories.
• Handle technical clarifications for all proposals. Ensure that all technical and commercial specifications are received, clarified and agreed with customers at order stage.
• Carry out tender reviews, negotiations in order to secure orders.
• Feedback information to customers on quality improvements on products and changes, as and when necessary.
• Interface with customers and monitor progress of projects
• Understand technical specifications and technical drawing (e.g. AutoCAD drawing) will be an advantage.
