Job Description

• Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8.15am-5pm (45 mins lunch hour)
• Location: Pioneer (Pick Up/ Drop Off at Boon Lay MRT)
• Salary: $4000-$5200 + VB(2.0-2.5 Month)

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Technical such as mechanical engineering.
• 3-5 years business experience.
• Must be available for business trips to SEA countries (about 2-3 times a month)
• Ability to travel to Japan for business and/or training (about once a year)
• Able to travel on weekends and holidays as needed (allowance / Off in Lieu provided)

Job Scope:

• Receive inquires & purchase orders on company\'s products (Extruders / Gas Compressors)
• Responsible for aftersales activities on company\'s products in S.E.A. market
• Periodical visit , technical discussions and consultation for the machines supplied from Japan to customers
• Travel to Japan of our Tokyo head office or Takasago factory with the customers for meetings
• Discuss usual maintenance and periodical overhauling work with customers
• Submit visit report and communicate with Tokyo head office or Takasago Factory
• Provide support work for head office and customers (communication, delivery etc.) of repair/modification in Japan
• Make arrangement of hotel reservation, transportation for head office\'s supervisors who visit customers and accompanying with them
• Troubleshooting support at the customers\' plant including visit to the customers, transferring the information what is happening in the field to Takasago factory etc.
