Sales Engineer
to strengthen its technical operations in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on problem-solving, client interaction, and delivering end-to-end technical support in a fast-evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support:
Provide technical support for day-to-day operations within the Singapore office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
Customer Engagement:
Deliver professional post-sales support to clients, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and warranty repair services.
Training & Enablement:
Conduct internal technical training sessions and deliver external training programs to help customers maximize product performance.
Product Mastery:
Carry out product testing and evaluation to gain in-depth knowledge of system capabilities and ensure optimal solutions for clients.
Pre-Sales Collaboration:
Partner with the sales team during the pre-sales process to offer technical insights and support client consultations where needed.
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Previous experience in a technical support, pre or post sales engineering role is highly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present technical information clearly.
Hands-on and solutions-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
