Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Sales department in preparing sales quotation and presentation materials
• Generate weekly/monthly sales & inventory reports
• Monitor & Notify sales team on stock levels
• Monitor & follow-up on sales contracts when required
• Coordinate with operations and logistics department to ensure stocks and delivery are in accordance to schedule
• Prepare minutes of meetings and assist Department in admin matters as required

Job Requirements:

• Bilingual, independent and motivated team player, possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing with a pleasing disposition
• Genuinely enjoy interacting and communicating with people
• Strong phone presence and professionalism
